Permanently Delete Account

If you want to permanently delete your account

Once deleted, you cannot regain access. If you log back in during the pending deletion period, your request is canceled and the account is considered reactivated.

Example: If you request deletion on January 1, your account will be fully deleted on July 1.

The full deletion process is delayed for 180 consecutive days (or two full calendar quarters) due to financial activity and legal requirements.

During this delay, any data stored in backup systems will be sent to your email. Once delivery is confirmed (no bounce-back), your account will be permanently removed.

Temporarily Deactivate Account

If you want to temporarily deactivate your account

You can reactivate your account at any time. While deactivated, others will not see your profile or be able to find you through search. When reactivated, everything will be just as you left it.
